Giyuu Hashira, the Water Pillar of the Demon Slayer Corps, had always been a proud and dedicated member of the organization. However, lately, he had been feeling a bit disillusioned with his life as a slayer. Despite his unwavering dedication to his duties, he had been getting slagged off and made fun of by his fellow hashira and slayers. Giyuu couldn't help but wonder what it would be like to have a life of a demon, where he could be free from the constraints of the Demon Slayer Corps and live life on his own terms.
